All conference participants must pay the conference registration fee (€ 300).
For each paper/poster, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee.
The conference registration fee includes:
- Admission to the scientific sessions
- Admission to the exhibition and poster viewing
- All conference materials
- Tea/Coffee and lunches
- Admission to the conference dinner/party
In case of any cancellation or non-attendance, unfortunately, the registration fees are not refundable.
Conference Awards
Junior researchers (up to 2-years past PhD) qualify for Travel awards and Aletta Jacobs Awards (female scientists only). Please check the appropriate checkboxes upon registration.
Applications the Hermann Rein for excellent contributions to the field of experimental and clinical research in microcirculation and vascular biology need to be indicated at registration. Potential awardees need to send their application documents to the secretary of the German . The documents mandatory for application are: 1 original research paper published or accepted for publication (pdf file) as single or first author (written consent of co-authors is necessary) with a publication date not older than September 2021. If an excellent study has been published by equal contribution of 2 scientists, a joint application is possible. A concise CV including (i) areas of research and (ii) list of publications. If the potential awardee is nominated by colleagues (nominations should include author(s) and article), the corresponding documents will be requested by the award committee from the suggested candidates.
